Suet Cakes
Suet cake is a fat-rich food source for wild birds. Providing this in addition to seed, helps birds get the needed energy for enduring frigid temperatures or seasonal migration. In 1958, Heath was the first to develop and offer suet cakes in addition to its feeders and houses. Heath’s suet cakes contain only the necessary, natural suet, seed and grains, nuts, and flavorings to attract various species of birds. Today, all suet products are still manufactured at in Coopersville, Michigan.
