The item is fine. Unfortunately the website listed an 8 pack of single suet for a great price. I normally buy them at my local store for 1.99. So I ordered 8-8 packs thinking I was getting 64 total. Unfortunately I received one 8 pack at about $3.69 per unit. Much more than what I pay at my store. When I contacted Heath they did say it was listed incorrectly on the website but it had been corrected. Unfortunately I was not notified of the mistake. The single suet is exactly what I need so I will continue to buy them local
