Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Heath Outdoor Products Online Return Policy

To return merchandise, call us at 1-800-678-8183 and we’ll provide you with a return authorization number. Items purchased directly from Heath cannot be returned to a store. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition with a pre-authorized Return Authorization Number from Customer Service, or a credit cannot be issued.

No returns allowed on Suet Cakes, Seed Cakes, Bell Cakes, Nectar and Filled Finch Socks.  A credit will be given.

To make a return:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused, like-new condition.
  • Please call Customer Service at 1-800-678-8183 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • A copy of the customer receipt (printed at time of order) and original packing slip must accompany all returns.
  • A refund will be issued only to the original credit card.
  • The customer will be responsible for all freight charges. 

Return Instructions

  • Please ship your return or exchange to the following address:

  • Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
  • Include the customer receipt (printed at time of order) and original packing slip, then pack and tape your package securely. Please indicate the reason for return on the paperwork.

If you do not have your packing slip, please follow these steps:

  1. Write a note describing how you want us to handle the return. Would you like us to exchange the item, or refund the original credit card?
  2. Let us know why you are returning the item (for example; wrong item, product not as expected, damaged in transit, etc.).
  3. If exchanging an item, specify the name and address to which we should send your exchange.
  4. Please provide an email address, fax number or telephone number (specify day or evening) in case we have questions.

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims

Please report damaged or missing items within 3 days of delivery by calling toll free 1-800-678-8183 FREE.


Exchanges originating from, and shipping to, US addresses are usually delivered within two weeks from the time you put the exchange in the mail. Due to longer delivery times, exchanges shipping outside the United States usually take from 4-6 weeks.
